Who We Are Looking For
We value critical thinking, problem-solving, and a drive for revenue growth over titles or degrees.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google or Meta ads
Proven track record of scaling accounts and improving ROAS
Deep understanding of GA4, GTM, and attribution models
Strong analytical skills - Excel/Sheets is your second language
Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
Proactive mindset - you don't wait for instructions
Hunger to learn and stay ahead of industry trends
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
